1. Service Description

REAPR Pods provides sandboxed VS Code workspaces with integrated AI assistant access (Claude by Anthropic via AWS Bedrock). Each subscriber receives their own isolated container environment with preconfigured AI tooling.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By subscribing, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the listed price via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to access other users\' pods or data
• Resell or redistribute pod access to third parties
• Use the service to generate content that violates Anthropic\'s Acceptable Use Policy
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or attack our infrastructure

5. Data & Privacy

Your workspace data remains yours. We do not access, read, or share your code or conversations unless required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Service is hosted on AWS (us-east-1) and available globally except mainland China.

7. Intellectual Property

All code you write in your pod belongs to you. REAPR Pods claims no ownership over your work product. The REAPR Pods platform, branding, and infrastructure are owned by REAPR AI.

8. Limitation of Liability

REAPR Pods is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the current billing period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your pod and data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
