Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Account Data: Email address, name (from Stripe checkout).

Usage Data: Pod access timestamps, model usage counts (for rate limiting).

Payment Data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Workspace Data: Your code and conversations within your pod. We do NOT access this.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provision and manage your pod
• Process billing via Stripe
• Send account-related communications (pod credentials, service updates)
• Monitor service health and prevent abuse

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is hosted on AWS (us-east-1, N. Virginia). Pods are isolated Docker containers with unique credentials. Inter-pod access is impossible by design.

4. Third-Party Services

• AWS/Bedrock: Infrastructure and AI model hosting
• Anthropic (Claude): AI model provider (via AWS Bedrock)
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Cloudflare: Tunneling and CDN

Each third party has their own privacy policy governing data they process.

5. Data Retention

Active accounts: Data retained while subscription is active.

Cancelled accounts: Pod and workspace data deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

Billing records: Retained for 7 years (tax/legal compliance).

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Request export of your workspace data at any time
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

7. International Users

Data is processed in the United States (AWS us-east-1). By using the service, you consent to data transfer to the US. We comply with GDPR principles for EU users and applicable data protection laws globally.

8. Children

REAPR Pods is not intended for users under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
